Albadoris brought true Italian craft to Jumeirah Pierchic on the 23rd of November as official sponsor of the Italian brunch. Chefs and guests experienced a live burrata station with fresh cheese shaped on the spot using traditional methods and clean local milk.

The tasting continued with our official Parmigiano Reggiano opened and carved live releasing its rich aroma and deep savory notes. To complete the experience we served our artisanal panettone prepared with natural rising and premium Italian ingredients.
