How We Work
Growing underground near the roots of specific trees such as oak, beech, and hazelnut, truffles are located with the help of trained dogs, whose keen sense of smell helps detect their distinct aroma.
Once harvested, truffles undergo minimal processing to preserve their delicate flavor and aroma and are carefully cleaned by hands. For further use, truffles can be enjoyed fresh, but they are often preserved in various forms like truffle oils, salts, sauces, and powders, to retain their rich, earthy flavor, making them accessible year-round and extending their shelf life.
